Experience with working with co-ops? And anything else would really depend on what the co-op class for that group and some extra history lessons.

The local co-op here will sell big bags of rice very pinto beans in bulk.
Also check with co-ops, natural food stores, Amish if you have them near you, or LDS.

Anyone get their fish food from the local co-op? I was thinking about doing this, its a lot cheaper than store bought pellets. Last I checked, it wasnt messy and didnt cloud the water.

A lot of the fish farms use similar foods of brand name food and then bag it themselves and sell it, it's a bit cheaper and the quality.
What's a co- op? It's basically farm feed.
