Eating local is a joke in my part of the country (anyone up for tubers and venison this December?), and the organic section of the supermarket is smaller (by FAR) than the microbrew section. Priorities, people. It's nice to hear...

If your Co Ops come in and do a 5S project that regular employees will them be expected to maintain that? Albeit your intentions....
