And as for ketchup pairings serves beer battered fries with truffle mayonaise omg, heaven on earth! I love "odd" pairings.

Steaming, baking and frying (healthwise, tastewise, etc...) as well as food and wine pairings, but I don't, they proceed to talk wine and food pairings in a way that your average Joe has probably never to it...
