Phobia is defined as an irrational excessive fear of a situation or something. Many people are even afraid of admitting they have phobia for something. Maybe thats a phobia on its own.

I do feel socially ackward at times, but i have learned that it is my mind playing tricks on me, the aspergers Asperger syndrome wants me to think i am less than other people!!!
so if i am not careful i can become isolated, some things that help me not...

I still have some difficulty for me and it enables me to be able to talk to the waiter/waitress enough to order some food and social contact.
As a teenager I remember not being able to order my own food at restaraunts.

Health anxiety is awful so far i have had a brain tumour, numerous strokes, blood clots Blood clots , cancers and now a dodgy heart not bad for a 32 year old eh?

Developing phobias during benzo use and withdrawal is fairly common. The most commonly mentioned phobia seems to be agoraphobia. Have you developed a phobia?

The phobia of meds, foods and hospitals got pretty out of hand of the woods....
For was definitely more of a phobia - an irrational and exaggerated avoidance of something that induces the fear: agoraphobia, dentophobia, and monophobia.
