I just microwave it for a few minutes and it's almost as good.. .
To be safe than sorry No food poisoning as of 12 hours after, so all good Note to self:put food in fridge never got food poisoning from that.

How do you know you have it and what do you do? I haven't really been able to get too far from the bathroom today and can't hold any food down. I think it may be food poisoning. :(

This sucks.
Not to be confused with the flu, which is going around .
It comes on 6-8 hours post eating, violent vomiting usually and diarrhea, and disappears into the night a few hours later .

My husband had minor food poisoning years ago (tuna, ugh) and that was his mother's home....
Food poisoning involves a lot of vomiting and sometimes a kup or two of some hot tea.
Rule out food poisoning, definitely.

Myself and DS tandem vomiting here for the last couple of hrs...think it's food poisoning from mince I used for dinner this aft thinking back...only explanation! How long will it affect us for...we are sitting up watching tv as seems to be taking DS mind...
