Food Poisoning at the Derby?

Two people I know got sick from sandwiches, one from the tuna and another from a meatball sub. They had a horrible trip and it cost them considerably since they weren't able to attend or compete in things they had already paid for, I hope they are able to recover their losses. source

What do you do with your sick time?

I use mine for things like doctor's appointments. My firm won't let us tack them onto vacations or anything like that. I used to work at a place that would roll over sick days, which came in handy when I got really sick from food poisoning and had to take two weeks off. source

What herbs or vitamins or food makes more blood flow to the brain?

Are you feeling light-headed, short of memory, or anything else that could be vaguely symptomatic of constricted blood supply to the brain? If you're not, please consider skipping all the various esoteric supplements out there and stick to a nice B complex vitamin pill. source
