Divide your food.
The deprivation and hunger of strict dieting creates food cravings for 30mins & then eat, but in SMALL amounts.
First thing stop dieting.

My social worker points out that when she binges on food and keep on eating healthy food.
Since I'm depressed a lot, it's too much work most of the time .
I don't keep junk food in the house, so if I want some, I have to make it.

Most everytime my husband eats he gags to the point of throwing up his food. He is very stressed at work and is tired all the time. He has to go to the bathroom quickly after eating as well. It's like the food gets caught half way down and he can't breath...

He went to the doctor and they found a tumor in his esophagus .
Eventually he did vomit after eating.
The sensation for the food to go down his throat.
The scar tissue reduces the size of the throat causing food to become lodged.
