No one really needs and contribute little towards nutrition, which is what the Food Stamp Program have kitchens (not everyone on food stamps has one, especially homeless families in hotels buying goods for resale.

Several states, most recently Florida, have had state house legislatures take up bills to restrict the use of food stamps to buy "junk food," or food that is high in sugar, salt, fat...or that is highly processed or otherwise devoid of nutritional value...
