My 1999 Ford Windstar would not start. I replaced the starter. Now the van starts but I have no dash lights, the radio dies not work and windows will not roll down while the van is running. The radio will turn on if key is in auxiliary position.

So I got a 1996 windstar, so it's missfiring cylinder two.
Check the spark plug, its fine, went to check the spark with a different wire in coil # 2, it didn't fire. I'm pretty sure it's 100% the coil pakc. But I'm new with fords and it might be something...

I have a 1999 Ford Windstar V6, and I need some help trying to find the problem.
When I'm driving and I approach a stop light, or any other time i am applying the brakes.
The brake pedal moving under 20 MPH would go down and then have some resistance...

When u push the pedal down, does the pedal pulsate when the brakes start applying? or does it pulsate as your releasing the brakes? Does this only happen when the car is below 20 mph, or at any speed when u apply the brakes?... .
