Foreign Born

I was going to mention the dual citizenship of some foreign countries, but I also believe that if the amendment is passed, some clowns elected to public office will still show preference to their countries of birth regardless. I still don't understand some of our natural-born public clowns kissing the butts of some foreign countries, but that's a different subject. source

I'm interested in finding out how long does it take a person to learn a foreign language well. And by learn it well, it means you can have an intellectual conversation with another person using this certain language. source
