I changed forum password back to the old one (I like it better), got no reactivation mail -> comments or another browser....
I changed my forum password, got reactivation mail.
Cleaning seemed to help, so I tried something else.

base64_encode() to encode a user's password, this works well because it allows me to simply use base64decode() to decode the password to a word and send to there email if they lose there password.
