My issue is that I'm using the bing api for tts, but the audio volume is very audible. I don't see a way to increase the volume of the stream, which would require the user to turn up their master volume to max and use some really good earbuds to be able...

I would suggest you creat a wcf service that your code calls and the wcf service then calls bing api .
I dont think the device is a good place to do any sound manipulation etc .

Hey,
I have Ps 1.4.6.2 and using prestashop_new theme. All translations is ok except one tiny thing. Int he module blocknewproducts i translate En savoir plus to what i want to be shown but after saving the En savoir plus anyway is showen on the site....
