Are freezer burned hops good for anything? Are they worth saving for anything like bittering? They gave a funky aftertaste on a dry hop recently. I used hallertauer. I'm sure with meat it is recomended to keep in the freezer for between 6-12 months. That might reduce its quality or taste but it doesn't make needed one . A bit dried out with 'freezer burn'.
