I belong to a meal swap group where we make meals in bulk and then split them up amongst the members. Do you have any great healthy recipes that freeze well and are delicious?

I've been making big bathes of soup on weekends and freezing them in portions for lunches at work. I've been making pumpkin, cauliflower and broccoli soups. (Broccoli is probably my favourite). I would love to hear suggestions...

Freezer cooking--anyone have easy recipes to share? I am baking for the summer. Right now I am making breakfast items. I made 3 loaves of banana bread and 33 applesauce muffins. I did this last night and tonight.

I have also pack everything I need for a smoothie... .
I roll each one up in wax paper and stack them in a ziplock bag and freeze .
Then I make bean burritos.
How about breakfast muffins?
I like to cook pinto beans in the crockpot, blend them and add seasonings .

I have been looking for a large freezer safe container for freezing my sauce.
