LoL I typed that up too fast but now I reread it... I meant to say VITAMIN D is the cure for acne!!! Vitamin D DEFICIENCY is the cause of acne.

For that dumb idioit ilovesoy YOUR UGLY! first of all google, 'does soy cause acne' and see how many links say it does. I used to drink soy and it broke me out bad under my chin and on my jawlines. A lot of people don't know it but a mild case of an allergy...

I figured it must lbs.
I just saw this site today and never thought that it was the soy causing my acne.
It and just figured I developed what they call "adult acne" and that I would have to just live with it.

I have acne. It was really bad, but after I took Accutane about four years ago, it wasn't that bad. But I'd like to get rid of them completely.

Isn't Accutane supposed to be the only real 'cure' for acne (I was told it rids it for 7/10 people Raven if this doesn't apply!) shaving and ingrown....
