How long can you keep freshly made mushy peas in the fridge for? The peas made from frozen bag and with cream fraiche.

Does anyone know where to find fresh field peas (black eyed peas, zipper peas, speckled butter beans, etc.) in the Tampa area? I would prefer u-pick, or still the shell, but would settle for already shelled. Thank you!

Not sure.
I don't live bought frozen shelled zipper peas at Cacciatore Brothers off Hanley in town and Country.
My wife and I stopped and picked up some black-eyed peas, snap peas and collards.
What can I do with peas? Can I put them in the brown rice after its cooked? Should I microwave them? Eat them raw? Best way to eat and cook peas?

You'll likely not find them or crepe with some blended up peas just mix it in the batter! go beyond and get pea shooters pea tendrils ahhhh peas....
Fresh peas are hard to find, since they don't keep well.

I'd like to hear if there are any things I might be doing wrong too.. .
I've given up growing peas altogether because of this.
Always grow well, but I might get one meal of delicious peas then the bushes all get powdery mildew.

Yummy! Reads like it would taste wonderful!! Have not seen peas in the pod years ago!! Has anyone tried this....
