I have my skype privacy settings defined to only allow IMs from people in my contact list. I also have this set for calls/video, etc. And yet, almost every morning when I boot up I have a conversation request from somebody I do not know. Shouldn't these...

The checkbox one doesn't sound so bad either.
It would be quite painful going through a list of users you know all the time, too .
I think the best option would be the Radio Button based one .

The privacy settings for my account are blocked even though I have everything but friends list open to everyone... Nobody can see my name bio etc. I have asked multiple people all say the same thing on Xbox. I tried blocking them and unblocking them again...
