I went at home in between visits.
I also had a frozen shoulder that appeared out of no where.
It takes a long, long, time, and will listen to the patient .

Ive had a frozen shoulder for about 3 years now and after 4 injections the shoulder is still the same.so doctor has told me to get an x-ray and then go about operation.any else had an op and info about how long off work etc cheers.

Much easier to get a frozen shoulder working properly again if it has been properly cared.
