It goes from am 18awg something....
Hot wire kit is basically running a new fuel pump wire and adding a relay and using the old fuel pump wire to trigger the relay.
I think an f-body kit might do the trick.

Abreviate please? Auto Shut Down relay, Fuel Pump relay so the auto shut down can control the ground is on the hot side of the relay.

When I turn the key on the fuel pump does not prime. They by passed the relay and put voltage straight to the pump and the pump started. I'm being told I need a new computer. The tank has been off several times in the last few months and the starter switch...

If the fuse is good, replace the relay for little over 1 year.
Make was bypassed and the pump works, check the fuse.
The 1800 cannot.
Do you have a 1300 or 1800? I believe the 1300 fuel pump can be bypassed.

Someone posted that you can use the relay that controls the fuel pump (or starter, I think they are switchable?) to crank the engine from under the hood. Can someone assist me in finding that link. How did you take the reply apart so that you can squeeze...

If you don't want fuel to the cylinders, pull the fuel pump relay while testing.

As soon as I turn my key into the on position the fuel pump kicks on and won't shut off. Is this a problem, has anyone else had this issue? 2004 Switch I with the MP 350.

So, my old '87 B2 suddenly won't start. It was parked and not ran for a week or 2, which normally isn't a problem except now it won't start. If you spray starting fluid into it, it'll start then stall. When the key is turned on, I don't hear any fuel ...

The Yellow wire on the fuel pump relay....
From there it goes to the inertia switch and then to the fuel pump on the Fuel pump relay to pick it.
Supplies power to the Fuel Pump relay.
