From what I can, a Relay is 20euro new from BMW .
At least you might get 100 for it and recoup some of you money .
When you're not sure it's always the old pump.

I have a toggle switch to turn the ignition on and then a push start button to start . I was wondering if i could get rid of the fuel pump relay and just run 12volts to the pump from my ignition toggle switch ?

During the start cycle there is a fuel pump relay that takes psi ....
Bypass the oil pressure switch, I didn't , so if the motor loses Oil Pressure , the fuel pump quits, independently of the oil pressure switch.
Fuel pump crapped out! I have a 2007 boulevard c50t , the fuel pump crapped out at about 4000 miles. Anybody else have that problem?

Yeah you will want to remove the old fuel pump and put in a block off plate ($15 from summit but been lagging it.
