Generally the furnished condos....
It does not take Hi Mee.
List it as furnished or unfurnished and take the first good offer, either way.
If you have pictures of both furnished and without.
Think most renters will want it unfurnished.

Generally go with unfurnished with the option of furnished for a higher rent.
