You can add multiple GMail accounts to your main account.
Will delete them once downloaded.

GMail account, in which case you can fit it to your liking, yes, but you cannot change the webOutlook- just set it up to check the messages with imap ;)
I believe that you can run your gmail account FROM Outlook.

Could you do it using those protocols? It would mean asking your users to go into their gmail.
Just a thought, Gmail supports POP/IMAP access.
Library/source that works with imap or pop will work.
