Number of visits to GP or Hospital in the Past 5 Years? I am filling out a medical form for my application and it asks how many visits I took to the hospital or to see my GP in the last 5 years. I have visited quite a lot so I have no idea how many times...

DD2 has been coughing for a few days, we think it is her asthma flaring up cause of the amount of dust coming in the house from the builders behind us.
We've filled her up with ventolin & not really getting her any relief. She's still coughing up a storm...

I'd say hospital, the GP would possibly send you there anyway if they can't treat her there.

Hi girls, i'm not sure when I should be going to my GP for my first combined care appt.
I saw her to confirm my pregnancy very early on and she said she'd do the combined care no problem. Booked into hospital at nearly 10 weeks, am going back to hospital...

Also is your appt with the hospital at 18 weeks with hospital....
First GP CC visit is next week - also 24 weeks! If you've a hospital appointment at 18 weeks it the hospital didn't tell you to book in with GP at x weeks.

Just over a week ago I was sent to A&E at my local hospital by a GP at my surgery with concussion and a suspected broken hip. The doctor wasn't brilliant and sent me for an X ray which came back ok he barely said 2 words to me about after care of concussion...

I was concussed my GP sent me to hospital as I saw him first for medication but then a lot of patients cottoned on to the fact if they visited their GP they would have that at the time and the resultant....
She would have been admitted.
