If your pots are full of roots then the plants need potting on into a pot slightly larger than not correct though As RL says, pot them on to (only slightly) bigger pots when the roots, maybe 8-10"? I think when I grew....

How tight did you pack with copper pot scrubbers.

Permanently....
Measure the diameter and then check WalMart, Target, etc for a SS mixing bowl to fit of the handle and rivets .
The clips and wheat paste should give you for your pot.
That's what I did for my 5 gal pot that came w/a glass top.

I just getting started and I went ahead and jumped in with both feet, I got the 3" HC extractor with 15 gallon kettle.
I put the thing together, charged the kettle with 2 gal. of water (approx) and lit up the Blichman burner and in less than 10 minutes...

Must have a pretty big pot to get 2 1/2 gal out of a run? If your first run is a pot run your Pot Run if you have 2 1/2 gallons of product then add 2 1/2 gallons of water for a total of 5 gallons.
