Are some larger than others? the gallery might be finding the cached thumbnails for some reason, are you using the stock gallery or something else?

Posting a link to my wedding portfolio gallery.
I have the hardest time culling my own work.
There are to many photos in the gallery and would like to cut it down by half. I have been through it a few times already.
