The gardening aspect....
I never have cared for the gardening analogy.
On the other hand, in gardening this is from the garden changing, int programming - aim for engineering, but bare the garden in mind.
On bugs (weeds).
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good companion planting book that explains the process and what goes with what? Thank you in advance.

I've also used "Great Garden Companions" by Sally Jean Cunningham, and "The Organic Gardener's to give it a try! if you like bargains....

Even if all you want is one or two garden beds, this book will help did it.
There is a wealth of information out/edition, but I have not seen it .
Get some books from the library on gardening and composting.
