Want to make some garlic bread this week. Was fooling around with some ideas but using butter was high high points.

Just made it with a Western Alternative Eng muffin--split, lightly toasted, brushed on 1 t olive oil, then chopped garlic and a sprinkle of salt--broiled and yum.

Where can I get garlic butter? I found a 125G Lurpak garlic butter in Tesco's but it's not enough. I want normal butter sized garlic butter. 250G or more.
I just want to spread garlic butter on everything. Toast, pizza, biscuits. I tried making my own...

I just thought of another way, melt some butter on the stove, add chopped garlicWell, seeing as I don't shop for garlic butter much the best advice I can give is to use a search of garlic butter you're interested....
