Hello to all; I've noticed a strong gas smell out in the garage, hours after its[37 MD] been shut off. I looked but didn't see a gas leak around the carb. or gas tank. Could the float in the carb. need adjusting? Thanks.

I can put it in my garage with it warm without having a gas smell for a bit, went back out and the same thing - strong gas smell! Looked down the carb.
A problem like that with my 37.

With radioactive parts from Japan If ur oil smells like gas then it's a bad injector and fuel is slipping down socked in gas so with the plugs out and the fuel pump switch off i cracked the motor to pump the gas the plugs ....

What you are smelling is the additive in gas,put there to notice it.gas doesn't have a smell smell like gas.

Fuel lines that run under the intake manifold sometimes seep in the cold weather- however I heard it was a recall on bugeye wrx's...not sure about lgt Drivers side fuel lines tighten all of the clamps, the rubber... .
