My husband even threatened to take me back to have the balloon removed it was so bad but it does settle

Hi Amy, I had a Spatz balloon on 18th July and was vomiting for a solid 8 days so it is normal of a sudden it just passes.

You have lost a stone over 3 weeks, and as so much of it was in your first week, it is probably just your body trying to catch up .

I can't advise what other "ballooners" might have lost, but don't worry so much about individual weeks.
