I recently had gastric bypass surgery, and I am looking for different ways to eat/cook. I am looking for high protein, low carb, low calorie foods to cook and eat... Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I just joined the Gastric Sleeve surgery on 11/29/10 and have lost 110 pounds so far.
A gastric sleeve on on 5/23/2011 - down 10 pounds pre-op, and 20 more since surgery.

My surgery is set for May 1st and I am on my liquid diet. I have been on my liquid diet for the past 5 days. I am doing ok but boy is this hard. I pray that I can keep this up. I am excited for my surgery, but I am also so scared.
