Also, you may want to try tapping your gaugewhat line did you tap? I tapped into the line coming from where the fuel rail is.
I would recheck your lines.
A vacuum leak somewhere.

I ran a metal lineIf installed and routed correctly the plastic line is what should be used.
Paragon has kits with the copper-plated steel lines and fittings.

Today I noticed that the needle on my boost gauge was going down quite a bit slower than normal. It seemed to go up at about the normal rate and went up to ~13 psi, normal for the stock turbo. It only went down to about -12, and if I remember correctly...

The gas going 60 you would see around 17-20ish (my gauge is in bars, needed to convert to inches readings, if that's okay, then re-evaluate the gauge accuracy.

Go to walmart and get a cheep one.
They all work the same, its just whichever one fits best for you .
I dontuse any air gauge.
Have a constant pressure going through the lines and you can get your gauge calibrated there.

FS: Used Tri-Point Mazda 3 Turbo Kit w/AEM A/F Gauge This turbo kit was on my car for about 60k miles. This kit is complete and we are including the center dash piece with the wide band gauge.
