It has to be replaced together with the clock plate which has a different part number depending on its color .
Most likely the problem is a bad Electronic Range Control .

Local customs normally apartments don't have gas, thy use all electric....
But electric, gas is all u There are really no general rules when renting an apartment.
Depends on land lord usually apartments you don't pay water, garbage house you do .

Bit of a shot in the dark this but can anybody point me in the direction of a drawing for the GE/IR 55 ton diesels , built 1931/2 and used in the Bush Terminal in New York I feel another variation on the Bachmann 44ton chassis coming on :-)
