I noticed that when composing an email I noticed that the fonts are Tahoma 8pt , and I have to keep specifiying 10pt each time. I checked my mail setting on the options mail settings is set correctly.

I think what's happening is that your receiver is set in a sound mode which takes the 2 aren't discrete channels, just....
But I will try again.

The first step is to add your domain to Office 365, then you can set users.
