Is the Yale general surgery residency program really that malignant and why are so many residents always leaving the program?

-Step 1 : 206 2nd attempt .: Can`t focus long enough on computerized tests .
-CS: 1st attempt . Took me a couple of nights to prepare for it .
-CK: yet to be taken .
