Use the generic in good health. I normally use Alcon and ran out it was all the same stuff - often just repackaged with a name brand. I use the generic Target brand and don't notice any difference.

Are we SURE that there is no difference between brand and generic XR? I feel like I've read that the generic XR and brand XR are exactly the same. I am not sure about that though.
