Will extended BF reduce chances of getting pregnant?
To get pregnant you need to be getting some fertile cervical fluid, ovulating, and have a long enough luteal phase between O and your period for baby to implant. If breastfeeding isn't preventing any of those for you then your chances should be just fine. Check out Taking Charge of Your Fertility, great book to help you really understand cycles and conception in depth, and observe what's going on at any given time so you know if you can conceive.

What chances of getting pregnant with one fallopian tube?
I have one fallopian tube and have had other kinds of surgery in the vicinity. Although I theoretically I have half the chance of becoming pregnant than other women my age, the fact that I had traumatic injuries and had surgery in the area means that my chances of implantation and carrying a baby successfully over the first couple of months are greatly reduced.

Any of you ladies have the NuvaRing before getting pregnant?
I actually was only on the Nuvaring for like a month. But after I took it out, the month following, I did not get pregnant. I got pregnant the 2nd month after taking it out. I guess some of the stuff released from the Nuvaring is still in your system that following month.
