I ran them years ago.....
The Macs are ok if they are in good shape .
If you keep out of the gas the long tubes should increase your fuel milage.
They should make about the same peak HP.
You'll gain torque with the long tubes.
Upgrading imo.

With even one positive result you should have seen a Dr., especially since your tubes are tided be that you had incomplete miscarriage and should get checked out just in case.
