I literally tried everything to get my son to sleep and eventually I just had to let it be and he clocks too.
Some better advice :/ He's getting around 11 hours of sleep which probably isn't enough for him.

I got a bodybugg 4 wks ago. Been trying really hard, keeping an eye on cals in/out. BB says TDEE is around 2200, been eating 1500 ish cals. Scale going up 2, then down 1. Have lost Nothing.nada! Could it be because I rarely get enough sleep? 5-6 hours...

On a good week, Monday-Friday, I can get in about 8 hours of biking and 8 hours another 3 hours.
BUT...
Perhaps it would be as simple as lying down for 10 minutes at the aid stations once I get planned.
