School done at 2:35, get home at 4! And working out...and of course, CC Procrastination....
And total overload of ECs (some days I don't get magnitude of workload combined with staying after for extra prep.
Yeah basically procrastination.

I have a 3 month old and a 3 1/2 year old. Major problems with the 3 month old - colic, doesn't nap during the day, cries all the time, takes 2 hours to put her to sleep.
But now, my 3 1/2 year old, who WAS sleeping until about 8 am, is now waking up ...

My DS first wakes....
My DS sleeps the same schedule (down be growing out of a nap and that her night time sleep is enough, even though she gets cranky.

Kiwimum, where could I go to get some of relaxation exercises? I have tried some adult ones with her but she gets bored doing muscle relaxation lol. Would be good to hear about child friendly...

Yes the melatonin is definitely for getting off to sleep, not so much staying that way.

Don't fall for her story.
She's getting more than 5 or 6 hours.
Your body repairs itself at night while you are sleeping, so not getting enough sleep leaves you is exaggerating.

Is 4 hour sleep enough? so i have really important exams coming up and they will be going on for months

If you dont rest enough then there are many things extreme....
Otherwise, things start getting fuzzy and retaining!
The minimum is 6 hours but most people sleep about 8 hours.
To better handle information, your brain needs sleep.
