Thanks for the feedback! I actually asked a teacher friend and she said gift card....
For their good bye gift and deserve it.
I did Starbucks gift cards for Xmas and Teacher Appreciation week next week.

It was TAW to give everyone a chance to bring the teacher *something* or write *something* or whatever gift to the teacher.

As cute as all the little crafty frames, pots, etc are give, I would feel the same way you do if they were expecting us to send in a craft gift every day of the week.

My hagwon boss sporadically demands that teachers give money so the hagwon can buy the students presents.
This week being Children's Day, we have to pay the boss 20,000 won.
Now I would have to say I am not completely opposed to this, as I like to treat...

It depends on the situation the gifts.

I'm older and come elementary did a group gift during Teacher Appreciation Week in May, so I didn't do an end of year gift association took up a collection....
The whole notion of gift giving is sort of uncomfortable for me.

That's all well and good, but when I have 8 teachers and 6 coaches to buy for gift cards, get way too expensive.
