Water/NU00283 8 8oz glasses a day but I don't think many ppl do It's meant to be 8 glasses but obvYour actually suppose to drink at least 8 bottles a day.

Who runs with glasses? I only wear contacts when I run but I'm starting to have problems so I'm exploring glasses (also looking at a different brand of contacts).

One issue, especially if you run trails: be careful when you clean dirt/dust off them .
I bought that my circa-2000 glasses just sort of meld in.
Contacts don't work for me.
I have been wearing glasses while running for 12 years now.

Contacts, allows me to wear sunglasses an don't have to worry about getting my regular glasses knocked off on a fight.
