You can in bulgarian squats, reverse lunges....
I have the same issue as you, only to a much greater degree .
Have you taken stock more glute/ham mass is correct.
But that's not going to help.
And tell you my leg/glute routine, blah blah blah.

I injured my right shoulder and was out of the gym for about 2 months. Once I started deadlifting again I noticed it feels like my left side is doing the majority of the work. My left glute hamstrings and erectors get really pumped up during a set where...

I also notice on leg press and hack squats it seems like my left side is doing.
Also when doing leg press I always feel like my left glute/lower back lasts about a week.
More of the work than the right.
After yesterdays workout; today I again have a sore tailbone from leg presses anyone have similar issue?....I keep feet about middle of platform and shoulder-width also, feet are straight....thnx

If its you tailbone.
Your hips should be tucked in , your tail bone must not touch or press on the bench...adjust get more ham and glute involvement coming out of the bottom position.

For me when i go heavy i feel it in the mid back not so much lower , i also feel it a little in my glutes, i don't feel anything in my hamstrings

So I'm alittle confused here, buddy comes over today and tells me last night he shot 2cc of enanthate into his glute with an 1" pin (claims he ran out of 1.5's even though I have plenty of them). Just from looking at it, it appears as the oil is dispersing...

Abscesses are usually in a centralized....

Right now i'm at 115x2, what rep/sets work best with military press? Is it hard to get a respectable press?

My greatest military press gains came from really upping my push press and a lot....
Dog food bag presses Try working up to a max on military, then start using your legs(push press depending on bodyweight is quite respectable.
