Hi,
Have tried to make gluten free bread using a bread maker but to no avail!
The bread either turns out very dense or uncooked. I've tried Laucke's which is new in Coles and Woolies but with no luck.

Enzo's gluten free bread is just fantastic. I got it at the Farmers Market at the Showgrounds in Adelaide. It doesn't taste like other gluten free bread. I wonder what flour they use? Some really delicious varieties and also the Tiramisu is the BEST!!...
