Is there anything I should be aware about going off of a gluten free diet? BESIDES the obvious symptoms. For example, Vegetarians get really sick if they eat meat because there body is not used to digesting the meat. Is ...

I have just been told to go on a gluten free diet. They gave me lots of info on what not to eat. I need recipes for some kind of bread or biscuits. There are hundreds of recipe books out there. I love to bake and cook but I am so ignorant on this subject...

I've been gluten free for roughly 4-5 years and my GI/endoscopy/blood results have all normalized but my DH rash is still there.
I'm not positive it's DH but my dermatologist strongly believes it is; it's been biopsied...

Over 2 months on a gluten-free diet, and some days are better than others as far as the DH a lot of these suspicions I have had...it certainly complicates the gluten free diet to be avoiding.

Of my symptoms (painful mouth ulcers) have only just gone away and I have been gluten-free for 12 intolerant / sensitive, no you won't be making your stomach worse by going gluten-free for a short don't be concerned.
