My wholistic doctor recently recommended a dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar free diet as a way of improving my overall health and reducing GI issues. Has anybody tried it? If so, what are your thoughts about it? It sounds good on paper, but looks like it...

Giving up! My boys are fully gluten free, only have raw or fermented dairy and we TRY to limit sugar.
I eat a gluten-free, dairy-free, and mostly refined sugar free diet.
Weights and cardio.

What are your thoughts on the wheat/gluten free diet that "everyone" is doing, whether they are celiac or not? do you think breads and cereals are "junk"? or do you think they are a important part of a healthy diet?

No I don't think they are essential to a well balanced diet, I think, eating wheat in every meal prob....
