Whoa! Dates are high on the glycemic index! So I enjoy eating coconut covered dates from the Bulk Barn. I figured I'd check the glycemic index of dates, because they taste so sweet. They are 103 - table sugar is 65! Guess I won't be buying those anymore...

Low GI, that of which are 55 or less, include most fruits and vegetables (except potatoes and watermelon). Corn is considered low! ChaCha Away!
