QUESTION:
I don't see any reference to almonds, peanuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds,
etc. in your glycemic index list.

Whoa! Dates are high on the glycemic index! So I enjoy eating coconut covered dates from the Bulk Barn. I figured I'd check the glycemic index of dates, because they taste so sweet. They are 103 - table sugar is 65! Guess I won't be buying those anymore...
