What is the point of a mileage goal? I can understand the point of a weight loss goal: you have be coupled with a performance goal as well.

I think it depends on how your weight is distributed throughout your body.
Hoping for size 8/6.
Possibly 150lbs depending on how I feel/ look when I get there .

Fitness goals sheet doesn't seem to correctly calculate weekly weight loss. It doesn't show the weight loss from exercise calories burned.

Should your goal weight be your weight carb depleted or after carb loading? So say if you are trying to get down to 8% body fat and you do the calculations and that means you need to be 160lbs. If I get down to 160lbs after my carb depletion days does...

I became a Lifetime member about a year ago, and my goal weight was 145. I struggled with it a bit, so last October I increased my goal weight to 148. Since then my weight tends to float around 152. When I weigh in each month I make sure it's under 15...

Did you go for a % of body weight goal(10%) (20%). Did you go for a normal BMI?

Instead of setting a weight goal, I set a time goal.
I use BMI for my goal, and decided I didn't just want, I freaked out at the BMI range.
I grew an inch and doubled my weight"...
