I think it took about a month or more for my insomnia... .
Now that I've been gluten free for four months.
I also felt a lot of anxiety & brain fog .
I would go to work a lot with no sleep at all & feel horrible.
But at least three times a week.

Yeah, I was going down the spiral of looking for smaller and smaller quantities of possible gluten.

As for the garlic, that, I feel is going to be the tough part....
Gluten is in bread and wheat based products (pastas, breads, beer based dishes, to avoid the gluten, and she's had to avoid dairy in dishes.
Sushi would be a good choice.
