I am Gluten Free, work in a small office, we all bring our lunch, but others' lunches make me sick! What do I do???
I work in a small office with 3 other people. I am extremely gluten intolerant, and recently one of my co-workers started the medi-fast...

That and the sudden fashionability of going gluten-free makes your complaint easy to dismiss.
Of curiosity than anything else, are you set off when you go into places that sell bread or gluten.

I'm 5 weeks into the gluten free diet but now I'm not 100% sure it's gluten that is the problem or at least the only problem. My symptoms were just neurological in nature. All neuro tests were negative so I tried gluten...

If you really feel like you need an official diagnosis, then go back on gluten now, don't mess around to be leaning towards....
I keep up the diet or go back to gluten and get a biopsy.

I have only been gluten free for two weeks, but have seen great improvements already in my symptoms. But now it seems that I am sleeping SO deep that I don't wake up for anything in the morning until my body is ready...

As of yesterday, DD is on a gluten elimination trial diet, and our next trip to WDW is in 4 wks. She also cannot have dairy, and we are vegetarians (we eat eggs and some of us can eat dairy products, but no fish either). I have a few specific concerns...

Yes, some restaurants that's true some pasta if I ever asked but as... .
We've had so much variety of options for gluten, dairy and so much more free.
I completely disagree that GF options at WDW come down to plain meat .
Most contain Gluten.

I have just started my gluten free diet which I am finding okay but I am confused! So the food labels normally state if it contains gluten, if it doesn't say it contains gluten or wheat on the label then is this 100% ...

My daughter enjoys many of them.
Only those processed foods that make the gluten free claim, or are they going to read as gluten-free.

Gluten could very well be the problem, but the only way to know is to go gluten-free and see how you feel. If going off of gluten doesn't change things (although I think it will), see the immunologist and continue trying to figure out what's going on....

I slipped a little at the start of GF and other times didn't know gluten was in certain things...I haven't completely to read each and every label to make sure that....
Which I'm afraid is going to cause a lot more damage if not treated soon.

I went gluten-free (self-testing to see if it solves my chronic, unexplained stomach problems) only about a week ago and I am surviving just fine with the wonderful help of... nuts. If I need a snack, that's what I go for now...

Nuts are actually a food that is good for us, they have good quality fats and good nutrition .

Eatring nuts should not bother you unless you for some reason do not tolerate them .

I do not have celiac disease but I'm very sensitive to gluten. It seems that I can have a little but once that scale shifts to "too much" I'm in trouble. I am a little bit concerned about contacting Carnival and letting them know I need to a gluten free...

I have been googling how to spot gluten on food labels but the sites are confusing me or I am just a little dumb...lol How do I know if a food has gluten in it? I am going to go gluten free and take that liver cleanse stuff for a week or 2 and see if ...

I've been gluten free for almost 3 weeks, and feel much better in general than I have in months. But for some reason the past few days, my abdominal pain has gotten worse! Or maybe just getting off gluten turned off all...
