Tube or tubeless tires? I've ordered a new 2011 Trek Hi-Fi Deluxe 29er and I'm thinking about having the tires converted to tubeless. Is anyone running tubeless and do you recommend it or not?

Already this year, I'm thinking tubeless is the way to go.
I've had a bit of a love/hate relationship with tubeless, and the drama has all been about switching tires. My first tubeless setup worked fairly well, i.e. I didn't have much trouble seating the tire and such, but for some reason my newer tubeless rims...

Advantage must be the lighter weight of going tubeless.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to be purchasing some charger experts from CRC for my AM/FR bike. I don't have the money to buy new UST or tubeless ready tires, and I currently have pretty fresh minion 2.7 60d and 3c tires. I'm a light rider, don't pinch flat...

I have a 2011 575 Race build with X1600 rims and Nobby Nic tires. Has anyone converted this to a tubeless setup? I see on the DT Swiss website they make a tubless kit for those rims. Im not sure if I should use that kit or a Stans kit? Any suggestions...

The Race is not a tubeless tire, though it may (or may not) work tubeless on the Arch rims.
WTB tires labeled TCS are specifically designed to run tubeless with sealant.
I did some searching, but didn't see anything. Anyone set spike evo's up tubeless yet? I just built up one with a minion dhf Friday. Super tight fit with the 20" split tube, and it worked but doesn't hold air over a couple nights. Was wondering if I could...
