Cancun Shuttle never showed up to me on my last trip too, 45 minutes ....
I plan to return later this year and will probably use them again .
I booked return private transfers with Cancun Shuttle last year ($50) and had no problems with them.

Ok...so lot's of negative reviews out there. What gives? I've been to Mexico several times, all to the Riviera Maya area and this will be a first to Cancun. We have stayed a luxurious resorts like Secrets Maroma, and also slightly lower end like at RIU...
