I had a rough week and know I gained. I'm struggling with whether to go to my meeting tonight or waiting until next week. What are your thoughts?

My calorie goal is roughly 1440 a day... after completing my diary and exercising sometimes i have up to 800+ calories left over for the day. i am eating healthy my day usually consist of an egg sandwich for breakfast, with 35 calorie bread. at lunch ...

I think if you get at leat 1200 calories in, you shouldn't go into starvation mode.

I'm quite puzzled with nutrients, since there are a lot of opinions out there, contradicting each other.
Some people told me to gain muscle, you HAVE to gain some fat. so if you want to become big, you have to gain quite a lot of fat.

I have and well... sound pretty good when in the middle position. the volume is good but but going from both pup to the neck the volume is much louder.
The transition isn't so bad when going from bridge to both.
