I go during the day to save.
The money, I could see a family buying a "Decent" HDTV and buying movies on Blu Ray instead of going it seem like that night time is the only time to go out to the movies.

I even go out to eat by myself on rare know anyone lol I am a single mom so if I go to the movies and want to see what I want to see by myself...
