Even with a discount, a deluxe is too much money. And I will not stay any where but deluxe. I have tried moderate but I can't stand the buses.
I don't mind paying for deluxe prices but the prices are too high now. MY only hope is WL. I will not be returning...

We liked having the living room at night at the deluxe resorts (AKL, WL, BC, BWI, OKW, SSR and especially the dark, dank Poly).
A golf cart off site & found the bus system to be efficient.

To our poor spoiled systems, to stay this year at OKW instead of VWL, transportation wise. Is it really a must to have a car at OKW? How are the busses etc. And do they have a boat that goes to DTD at all? We have stayed the last 2 years at VWL on a 4...

Lets start out by saying we're huge fans of WL over 10+ stays there and enjoy the convenience of boat going to WDW and wanted to be together....we could not get 3 rooms at the WL but were offered OKW, 2 to the convenience and location ....

Which WDW resorts were you pleasantly surprised by? You were not expecting much, but it ended up to far exceed your expectations?
And which WDW resorts were you disappointed by? Looking forward to staying there and it ended up to not "wow" you the way...

We had to find beach towels food court though) I just like more of a theme to the resorts like CBR, WL, or even ASMo.
CM in a golf cart offered to stop and pick us up when they passed us.

We park both our car & golf cart right at our door.
We always rent one.
A golf cart because there is a lot of walking if you don't get one.
